This spring at the popular Village Park near downtownm Kannapolis, North Carolina welcomes the first double decker Carousel in the Carolinas.  The unique Carousel, a Bertazzon Italian model built in 1989, will also be the first of its kind between New Jersey and Savannah, Georgia, according to Gary Mills, the Director of Parks and Recreation in Kannapolis.
